1. Ownership of Content
Once the project fee is paid in full to Colgain Web Development , any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to you for inclusion in the website will be owned by you. The right to use the content resides entirely with you. Therefore, in the event of any duplication of the content by a third party, Colgain Web Development will not be liable.
2. Disclaimer
Colgain Web Development assumes you have permission as the rightful owner to use any images or design elements you provide for inclusion in the website. You will hold Colgain Web Development harmless, protect, and defend from any claim or suit arising from using such elements.
3. User Agreement
You agree to allow Colgain Web Development to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. Colgain Web Development also retains the right to place its logo and link at the bottom of the website page(s) for copyright.
The agreement in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between you and Colgain Web Development regarding all items included.
